When it comes to deadlines regarding SC Copper Fox has zero control over the timing to release any information. That's a consequence of the terms of the JV which does not require Teck to ever develop the property. They have to have alignment with Teck on everything if they want to sell their 25%. I was surprised when they got permission to proceed with the PEA since Teck is operator. I suspected Teck would have imposed conditions, such as needing approval prior to release, and that has been confirmed by comments from the office that have been posted here. My surprise is based on experience since it's impossible to foresee the unintended consequences of the PEA results, which can go against either side. What if, for example, the PEA economics suggest SC should be at the top of the Satellite project list instead of the bottom as Teck presented this year? Once the results are released then the share value will be repriced accordingly.
