If they are negotiating a deal at Van Dyke then they shouldn't say anything at all. Even something inconsequential could be viewed as misleading should a deal be in the works. If they have talked to the logical buyers in the Miami-Globe area and couldn't generate any interest then they will probably want to wait and release some other good news beforehand. The economics on VD are excellent by anyone's standard so the only acceptable outcome is a sale of the property.
