This news would seem to indicate they want to advance further and obtain these big permits rather sell it now but not so fast....

It seems based on the above statements....they are still undecided. Those 2 permits will take years to get and many millions spent! Do they want that? Doubt it imo. This news could help another owner understand the costs & requirements to better be equipped for permit approvals? Hopefully a short program, but still connected to SC in buyout talks?
