Just received this info from the office;

"the NR regarding SC is in the final approval stage between the key parties so it shouldn’t too much longer. VD discussions with potential service providers depending on their areas of expertise are ongoing on a “what if” basis. When all certain technical info is fed back to us, we news release it, simple as that.
