Good to know!  Teck will need to stop picking their nose and move forward at a certain point.

Assuming they would make a production decision in a near future, SC is still 4-5-6 years away from generating a profit + the credits have been available for a while.

6 years to get permit, build + another 5 years to consume all the credits, that's already 10 years out of 20.
