In your list you have Teck and IIROC.  Did the office state that these entities need to be involved in the final review or is that just your guess?   I wouldn't have thought that IIROC would have to "approve" any submission.  On the other hand, I'm not knowledgeable on these things.  Others have suggested that Teck doesn't need to sign off as they are not paying for it - But I would have thought that Teck was involved all the way through.  

How can Management continuously be so far off in when this PEA is coming out?  If it wouldnt' hurt me so much, I feel like selling my shares as a protest.
