your understanding is riddled with errors. Its not a pre-economic assessment. It is a preliminary economic assessment. The next step is a pre-feasibility study. Teck has already said Schaft Creek is getting a pre-feasibility study. It won't take long since the project has had indepth studies done on it for over a decade, most of it by Teck. They know what is there, official 43-101 report or not, and Teck shudders to think the hidden value will be exposed...along with their lame attempt to starve the jr.
And besides, if you are so concerned about this reserves thing I would suggest you look into how Teck calculates the value of their own projects. Teck doesn't distinguish between reserves and resources anyway. They use everything right down to inferred, lol, maybe even including the copper piping in the camp kitchen, lol
