Does anyone recall Elmer confirming at AGM that a portion of the 2021 Program was done (e.g. desktop portion). I recall him giving and update, but not all the details. If thats the case and they incorporated a more agressive build timeline in the PEA, I could certainly understand his comments about the PEA benefiting from the delay.
