I've been here over 10 years, I've been patiently trying to overlook managements shortcomings and rather focus instead on the properties.  I wasn't able to join the meeting (I will later) but ive read enough on here to hear the same thing ive repeatedly told Colin - shareholders are done.  We NEED an asset sale!  If we aren't being heard and they will continue to "prove things up" I will more than likely move on.  I still have some warrants but have already started and will continue to sell my shares.  I'll give it till investor day before the sell off begins but there is a point where though the properties are great, I can't invest in these people.
