They could live on their share of production. Which means our presents shares are maybe near useless.

Are you for real? Where is the logic to get anyone from your 1st sentence to the conclusion in your 2nd sentence? There is a lot of missing info to link the two sentences.

Our share of production would be distributed to cuu shareholders and cuu shares would be hugely valuable if we still own our 25% of SC once it goes to production.

Just teck's sanction of the project once they decide to mine it would give our shares a huge boost, way before production even starts.
