Moneyk, I do believe there should be a mandatory investment 101 test to pass in order for someone to invest money on their own; just a safeguard to protect some people from themselves. Those that do not pass, they would need a professional investment advisor to look after their financial needs. Imo, personal bankruptcies would be a lot less with such a system in place.
