Perhaps someone could remind me what Don Lindsay said about the share price needing to increase? I believe this was in reference to CUU but wasn't stated as such and the implication I thought was that Teck would not be buying us out until our share price is closer to the price that ES is asking for.

While it doesn't matter to Cuu what Teck shareholders think of DL, having him only pay a 10% premium on our share price at $2, looks a whole lot more astute than a 1100% premium at 0.20. 
thoughts?
