They used $3.25.  They didnt improve the build time.  They added royalties and TCRC which was never brought up before at my knowlegde.  All this together makes a signigicant difference of 200-300M less per year in cash flow.  Still lots of upside fortunately, but more wait possibly.  Finally, lets not confuse pre and post values.
