Following the 2021 Program, if they are able to reduce the strip ratio, reduce the construction timeline, increase recoveries, etc., I would expect this to require a PEA revision.  Since they now have approved templates from Teck (PEA, NR wording), one could hope that it would take less time to revise, but again... it's Copper Fox! :)
