IF is a short word, but with a lot of poss. meanings and outcomes...

an Accountant aquaintance once saying to the effect -"a transaction is not a transaction until the Cash is in the Bank"....

OUR Cash has been in play over mucho years... and apart from a teaser Dividend long ago sh have not much to show for it, but if's and potential...The time to cash out (at fair asset value) is now, before some of us drop their Clogs!
