Talking to Elmer everything seems ok. But really it must be humiliating for him when he puts out a FS or PEA and the obvious sloppiness/untruths of his work show up. 

He also does not seem to have any negotiation skills (VD is unsaleable unless more reports) And now no action on SC even with a seeming low NAV. (What an embarrassment the JV was) 

With the new drilling he is putting us back in the position of a speculative junior relying on upcoming unknown drill results. Wouldnt it be better just to negotiate an end to this with all the now finished certified reports. Really is the needle going to change much.
