While I'm not happy with speed of progress over the 10 years - I would hardly call it nothing.  We have gone from an after tax NPV of $67 million to an after tax NPV $842million.  I know that we were hoping for twice that but it has still come a long way.   

I am disappointed that Teck hasn't done any drilling (not that I remember) to bring up the quality of resource estimate.
