"On September 16, 2021, Copper Fox held their AGM and at that time let their 2009 Omnibus Share Compensation Plan lapse. The Company no longer has a stock option plan"

This seems interesting. What's this mean?

The fact there is no longer a stock option plan, could it mean a sale coming? So no need for stock option plan. This development seems abnormal for a company to not have a stock option plan.
