It goes without saying that it is EE's shares that matter....and only his shares.
So it's up to him what he wants to do with his/our assets by voting his shares on any outcome/outcomes presented to him.
And other shareholders like us will have to live with his choice(s) whenever he makes them.
You can sell your shares right now and be rest assured there are buyers waiting.
It should be obvious that the less they have to pay for your shares the better. The more shares sold to them has to be their goal.
Having you dwell on an environment of a 'sell the news' (or if you prefer - 'no news') of no immediate buy out of some kind is smart.
Remember the buyers want your shares.
And if you sell that's your prerogative.
At a recent previous AGM, I recall EE told shareholders that Copper Fox has great assets and we must receive a fair price for them - including Schaft Creek.
So you can listen to the naysayers and sell or listen to EE and wait until he decides when an offer is fair.
I concur. We do have great assets - even further proved up now. More advanced than ever before.
Now as time moves forward, we have more complete data in our possession.
And now a published technical report, which allows us to conservatively value assets at SC, and is a critical milestone towards selling the project.
I don't know about you but I know that I'm not selling until EE does.
