Hopefully Elmer doesn't decide that selling Schaft Creek before it's fully permitted is also under the umbrella of "leaving too much value on the table"

On the plus side the market cap is now down to $120mil CAD, so you can buy your share of all of CUU's assets for that price on the open market at the moment lol
