Listen, I won't profess to know what an "i Botta" is, but that statement just doesn't hold water regardless. The stock price could very well mean a whole lot to some shareholders. Just within the past week, one of our peers here on this forum said he dumped a bunch of his CUU holdings because he needed the money. 

Are you going to tell me that he was content to sell at 25 cents rather than 65 cents? There are a bunch of us who might be forced to liquidate if a personal emergency arises. The price you can get for your shares on any given day would then matter greatly.
