If I calculate this properly:

260K x 10 years is 2.6M or roughly 1.3M after income tax.

1.3M - 1M (estimate) he invested back in Copper Fox to keep it alive = 300K left in his pocket.

300K left divided by 10 years = 30K per year on average to pay all the bills.
