This is essentially a ''renaming'' and renewal (with adjusted terms) of their long-standing $4 Billion US credit facility that has remained unused since they set it up in 2012 or 2013.   And yes many of us, including myself, were all convinced at that time that the facility was set-up for an imminent CUU or SCJV takeout.
