About ten or eleven years ago there was an article in one of Vancouver's daily papers about a speech Don Lindsey had made. It was about an upcoming copper shortage. We then got the 75% backin, change of contracts, cancelling of the port and hydro deals and then put on the shelf like a roll of toilet paper.
