Anyone paying 25% of the latest capex estimate for our share of SC would receive really good protection against inflating cost!  Chances are that's the minimum any partner would pay anyway in any direct partnership.

Pull ROFO for $662.5M US and let the bid war begin if Teck is not ready to party!
