I agree with you JJ, but Here's the problem...it doesn't appear this board doesn't has the guts to play hard ball with teck.  This has been the story over the last 10 years.  So we stand by wondering why not and the options we are left with are a) we realize this management is just not getting it done and are confortsble playing nice (even if it has taken a decade already) or b) we theorize that there are negotiations and handshakes going on in private.  Personally, I bought into option b for many years.  I now lean more to a.  I hope something happens at some point and I've got warrants as insurance for a buyout but my cash is on the sidelines for now.  I'm playing the longer game now, willing to hold less shares and will only buy at lower prices.  With all we know about copper being a good bet going forward, my focus right now is in owning producers that will actually pull in revenues from this bull copper market.  I hope for everyone's sake here that we do well, but after 10 years of "hope", mixed with constantly missed deadlines and waiting, I felt it was time to switch things up.
