Hudbay Mineral had acquired the Norsemont project for $520M in 2011.

The after-tax NPV (8%) was around $810M, so they paid 65% of that value or $0.10 per pound of CuEq, in Peru!

On top of that, they had to pay for capex, estimated at 900M to 1B. Turnout out it costed them almost twice this amount to build the project.

When looking at the above, what's fair value for our all inclusive package in Canada?
