This would be our leverage! We could simply skip the rofo process and Teck if we decide to sell entire corporation rather individual projects/assets. Copper Fox would then be able to sell to any major! Start the bidding war.....

This could be the reason why Elmer wants to drill all the properties, with the limited funds we have.....why drill a few holes in each grassroots asset? Elmer must think a discovery hole from each property could help get shareholders a total buyout! It would draw eyes to us from many in the industry.

Perhaps the directors of CUU are debating this strategy. They are all up there in age folks! Time against them- maybe they all want to retire (so forget CUU 2.0). We are potentially close to a huge deal involving all 5 properties and not just the SC sale. If this is the case- 2.75 old high isn't far fetched.
