Yes, after you can factor that their cashflows are based on gold at $1700 US (almost spot price) vs. ours being very conservative.

Using close to SPOT prices for our business case would probably increase FCF's by about 50% per the sensitivity analysis? (napkin calculation).

865M x 1.5 = 1.3B CAD and still using a 8% discount.
