Back in 2019 (Elmer INN interview), Elmer stated our share price is 92 cents based on NAV of company assets.....

FAST FORWARD 2 YEARS

Elmer recently stated in 2021 our updated NAV is 840 million or $1.53/share USD / $1.89 CAD

After 2021 results, this updated NAV could jump again over 1 billion.

Our insiders might try for 100% of nav in a buyout as all our economic reports are very conservative in nature vs other studies by our peers!

If you decide to factor: resources left out of study, higher metal prices, JV contract terms (financing to production and milestone payments), EXPLORATION POTENTIAL, plus VD value & potential then you figure out why it's not hard to get over $2.50 a share takeover (fair value).
