Do we need to wait for Teck to sell their coal business before we put our interest in SC for sale?

Just a slight mention of a toilet paper shortage and crowds rush to stock up. The media has been yelling copper shortage for over ten years now and we get no offers. Are the big boys waiting for it to run out and the price skyrocket before they make their move?
