Teck is driving the bus and honnestly, I'm under the impression that CF is enjoying the ride to the final destination.

There's a reason why we keep being delayed and Teck's "major" announcement is also getting delayed. 

I'd be curious to know how close Ernesto is to the Keevil family.  One would think that billionaires mostly all know each other and won't hesitate to bypass the system to get answers?

If the PEA would have been maximised, CF would be receiving a lot more pressure from shareholders to sell.  Maybe they gave Teck a little more breathing room for a reason by releasing a very conservative PEA?
