In the end it won't. We will get a "skinny" deal potentially. Depends on the negotiations I suppose. Maybe we are able to negotiate our slice based on 100% of NAV in a "dressed down" PEA. Following this deal, the PFS gets a big value-add from potential, etc. but CUU is gone and a new partner is in by then.
