Another way to see this transaction, high level, is that 3B of capex is required to generate a 15% after tax IRR.  Higher copper prices probably offsetted the purchase from an IRR perspective.

For SC, if we can get closer to 15%, I dont see why our value could not be equivalent to 25% of the capex cost thanks to the carried interest.
