I understand that. He's in control. Great!

The thing is, he's one guy. If you have one guy happy (and he's very rich and can sit on his investment for life without needing the money) but have 30-60 investors (average working or retired joes) what does the board of directors do?

He owns and decides but management & board have fiduciary duties to all shareholders (not just the one big guy). We should all be happy and excited. Our voices and opinions matter too.
