Can someone explain what this answer really means??  Aren't lost on any... ??   Really??  Any of you??  How?  Did you all forget that just because the SP dipped (or was pushed down) for a millisecond you jumped at the opportunity to re-price EVEN lower an already announced private placement at an all-time low share price /  COMPANY VALUATION!?!
