My hope also is that when a deal is finally done (presumably on SC 1st but can't rule out VD), that CUU will finally have achieved its stated goal on a property, and with that, a level of confidence will flow from other investors with the ball finally put over the goal line.

Until then, the SP will continue to languish, lag copper, and we will continue to hope...and grumble here.
