That becomes something around option 3 - $943M US today...

... but based on QB2, Teck likes to share the risk and differ payments in the future.  SC is still not build or even permitted.

Personally, if Teck, I would pay less today (option 1 or 2) to maybe pay more later when the EBITDA is confirmed.
