I'm glad he talked up the JV agreement value. Clearly stated it had monetary value in a exit/buyout!

Based on how he spoke....buyout will commence after 2021 results are in!

1) Meta recovery numbers 

2) Improved pre-construction timeline review from 5 to below 4!

3) operating costs & strip ratio improvements further enhanced from pea numbers.

4) higher metal pricing and long term going up.

Elmer specifically discussed all these issues above! Then we are sold...
