That is correct.

 

What I'm saying is until there is no more value to be discovered by Teck, CUU doesn't want to sell yet.

 

For example, they feel pretty confident that you can drop construction from 5 to 4 years, and recovers at a closer to 90% rate.  By doing so will add x millions to the project nav.  They just want Teck to pay for discovering it. 

 

Hate the waiting but the value is there.
