I agree with Calvin.  I can't imagine Elmer and Co waiting another 10 years for our 25% of SC to be sold.  CF needs money for the further development of EH, MM and SB and maybe also for VD (although I expect it to be sold before further development).  In addition, Elmer is looking forward to his retirement and, as I understand, wants to have sold SC before then.  Why hold a 25% share for so long when we have 3 other assets with (a lot of) potential that we own 100%.  I think Ernesto and Elmer are waiting for the drill results and the results of the metallurgy analysis.  Based on this, the PEA will be adjusted to come to a final sales price.  JMHO
