if you calculate back, this message seems positive.  To prepare the production you need (according to Elmer) 5 years.  In addition, I assume that they are doing SC jointly with a partner, so they need to find and contract a partner.  If they have a partner, they must further optimize and explore the project together with this partner, and set up the pfs. All this together will also take a number of years.  In short: calculated backwards, it is now time to sell our share. JMO
