I'm thinking RE + PEA and after, if the results are good, you sell it to Teck and/or Newmont for the pounds in the ground (e.g. $500M) + a royalty.

Bringing this to FS level will take years and a lot more cash, possibly another $100M?

I personally would prefer to have another $0.50 to $1.00 in the next years vs. $2-$3 in 15 years.
