this is the 2022 program from the JV.  CF is obligated to follow this but it says nothing about CF's plan with SC.  A sale of SC after the results of the metallurgical analysis are known is still an option.  

It should also be noted that I, like so many other shareholders, have completely lost faith in management.  Only new management can regain this trust.  Practice shows that replacing management gives renewed confidence and often boosts the stock price.

 In short Ernesto;  or sell SC and VD on short notice before the great recession breaks out or replace management.  At least do something
