JimmyJay, in december 2021 I received an email from Elmer stated the following with regard to MM and SB 

"

these exploration projects are considered to have significant exploration potential, permits are required before any work can be completed in 2022 and drilling will only indicated if the surface mineralization extends to depth.  We all want positive results from the drilling, but there are no guarantees that the drilling will intersect significant mineralization that extends to depth. Indications are good, but are not a guarantee
