The offer is for 10-11x the current PE ratio.  Sounds fair to me.

I feel our 25% could be worth around the same once in production, with similar market conditions and a pay back completed.

Discount that 8% to 15% for 10 years and it should provide a good ballpark for our value.

I'm using 10 years because if Teck wants to drag things with SC further, we should not pay for that.  It becomes their business decision internally.
