With the way the world is right now and the news of nationalizing or taxing mines in S. America, I think the safer place to do business is North America and we have assets in both BC and the USA.

 

Definitely replenishes the Project Satellite assets. Especially when you dispose San Nicholas and Zanfranal, you'll need more assets.
