H20zone: Elmer does not act as a geologist for the SCJV.  I don't get the sense that Teck listens to Elmer.  Teck is the Operator of the SCJV and will source its own geologists for the project.   

Campbell: The position should be filled already.  Teck was looking for an experienced geologist with experience in these types of deposits.  I do not share your view that such an experienced professional  could not get up to speed within a couple of months.  Besides, it appears that the role is, at first, mostly a ''boots on the ground'' role overviewing the already planned-out drilling and core logging.
