Based on the above news & timeline....we are at year 1 of a 5 year plan/journey :/

This phase to cost 2 million (again based on the above)

What are these guys thinking! Sell it, not staying for this 5 year plan. Spin it off if that's the goal.

Maybe an area major needed to hear no big issues on this project from environmental agencies? I guess that confirmation was given today. Sell it now!
