Its a myth that the share price MUST BE higher than the strike price for someone to exercise their warrants for shares. Ernesto has millions of warrants at super low strike prices and he is not looking to dump his shares in the market so it doesn't matter that the SP might a little lower than the strike price he will pay.  He has no way out of this but for a buyout type of end-game.
